Anyone who is a DMTS Facebook Fan Page member can make a ‘post’ on the fan page wall indicating where they are from, which show they wish to attend (Fort Frances or Dryden) and why they want to go. All Facebook entries must be received no later than Sunday, July 25, 2010 at 11:59 PM CST. Only one entry per person is permitted.

Eligibility

This contest is open to Ontario residents only who are 16 years of age or older (with parental/guardian consent) except:

• employees of DMTS, its parent corporation or its affiliates and their immediate families (or persons with whom they are domiciled)
• Any dealers/dealer employees and their immediate families (or persons with whom they are domiciled)

Terms and Conditions:

• The DMTS Stereos contest runs from 12:00 PM CST on Monday, May 17, 2010 to 11:59 PM CST on Sunday, July 25, 2010.
• No purchase is necessary to enter the contest.
• All contest entries must be received before the Contest Closing Date Sunday, July 25, 2010 11:59 PM. DMTS accepts no responsibility and will not be liable for entries that are not received, incomplete, lost, late, misdirected or illegible for whatever reason, including without limitation, due to computer or cellular network or other system interruption, malfunction, failure or breakdown of any kind or duration. DMTS reserves the right in its absolute discretion, without any liability to any contest entrant, to withdraw or modify the contest should any of DMTS’s systems or its network be adversely affected by any virus or other similar destructive agent during the Contest Period.
• Judges will be appointed by DMTS. The judges’ decision will be final Chances of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be contacted either via Facebook, online on the DMTS website and (or) announced through the media.
• Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question.
• Prizes will be accepted as awarded and substitutions are not allowed.
• The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws. DMTS shall be the sole judge and decision maker regarding any dispute regarding the application or interpretation of the Contest Rules or any other aspect of the Contest and DMTS’s judgment or decision shall be final.
• DMTS retains the right in its sole and absolute discretion to cancel this Contest.
• DMTS retains the right in its sole and absolute discretion to change for any reason the start and/or end dates of the Contest.

In the Dryden Area

A new site is built in the North Dryden area but will not be operational until the week of May 24^th.  Another new site in south Dryden is also being built and will be operational the week of May 24^th. In conjunction it has been determined that there is a need to upgrade the site downtown with new antennas which will be in place by the week of May 24^th. All work has to be completed before any of the new sites can be activated. This will lead to noticeable improvement in service in the Dryden area.

Work continues on our new Dinorwic site and it is expected to be completed the week by May 31^st.  Work on our Eagle Lake FN tower has commenced and the physical tower construction should be completed the week of May 31^st and cellular equipment will be placed after that.

Improvements in the Region

Network optimization is scheduled to be complete in the Fort Frances area the week of June 7^th, the Red Lake area the week of May 31^st and the Sioux Lookout area the week of June 21^st.

Completion of equipment installation at the Sioux Narrows tower and the Atikokan (town) tower is scheduled for the end of May to early June.

Completed cell sites located on the highway corridors between municipalities are functioning as designed.  Work on the remaining 4 Highway 11 sites between Atikokan and Shabaqua is not expected to be completed until sometime in July and we are re-assessing our options for additional cell sites to cover between Dinorwic and Ignace.

In the interim The Company has disabled site handoff in congested areas as this process needs to be refined during the optimization process.  Threats to this schedule are primary related to weather as inclement weather delays tower related work.

In the Dryden Area

DMTS is experiencing network operational issues in Dryden. Our large customer base in the area and the larger than anticipated number of visiting cellular phones from our roaming partners attempting to access the network has caused some congestion. In order to address this situation DMTS is taking the following immediate action.

A new site is being built in the North Dryden area and will be operational the week of May 3^rd.  Another new site in south Dryden is also being built and will be operational the week of May 10^th. This will lead to noticeable improvement in service in the Dryden area.
